Property Finder
How enquiries from your Property Finder listings reach your agents, get answered and qualified, and land in your CRM ready for your sales team.
Enquiries from your Property Finder listings get a reply from your agent straight away, at any hour, in the language the buyer used. The agent answers the buyer's actual question from your own project and unit information, asks the qualifying questions your sales team would ask, and books a viewing where the buyer wants one. By the time your team looks at the lead, it is in your CRM (the system that holds your customer records) with a summary and a score against your own criteria.
What the connection lets the agent do
| Action | What it means for you | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Pick up new enquiries | Every enquiry that reaches you from a listing is answered, including those that arrive at night and at weekends | An enquiry about a townhouse arrives at 11pm on a Friday and is answered straight away |
| Answer from your own information | The buyer hears facts about the unit and project from your data, not a generic reply | Availability, size, payment plan and handover stage for the unit they asked about |
| Qualify and score the lead | Budget, timing, purpose and financing are asked as part of the conversation and scored against your criteria | A buyer planning to move in within three months with finance approved is scored as ready |
| Book a viewing | The viewing goes straight into the right calendar and the buyer receives a confirmation | Saturday at 11am with the sales consultant for that community |
| Write the lead to your CRM | Your team starts from a complete record, not a name and number | Lead created with the conversation summary, answers and viewing |
How it connects
Property Finder gives your account several routes for leads to reach your team, such as lead notifications by email or WhatsApp, and lead delivery to your CRM. The agent picks up enquiries through the route your account uses, and that route is set up with your team during implementation. A buyer who messages your WhatsApp Business number from a listing is answered in that thread. An enquiry that arrives by email or in your CRM is answered on the channel you choose, within the contact and consent rules you set.
The agent's connections to your mailbox, WhatsApp number, CRM and calendars run from your deployment in your chosen region. Credentials are stored encrypted in your deployment, and every connection uses TLS (Transport Layer Security, the standard encryption for data in transit) version 1.2 or higher.
Permissions
| Permission | Needed for | Default |
|---|---|---|
| Read new enquiries from the lead route | Picking up enquiries | Only the mailbox folder, number or CRM view you name |
| Reply to the enquirer | Answering and qualifying | On the channel the enquiry arrived, or the one you choose |
| Create and update leads in your CRM | Handing a complete lead to your sales team | Only the lead fields you map |
| Book viewings | Scheduling in the conversation | Only the calendars you name |
| Change your listings on Property Finder | Not needed | Not requested |
The agent can only take actions your team has granted. Anything not granted cannot be invoked. Every enquiry, reply and write is logged in the audit trail. See Permissions.
In practice
Sahel Crest Properties, a Dubai developer, lists its townhouses on Property Finder and receives leads by WhatsApp and email.
- At 9pm on a Thursday, Salma taps the WhatsApp button on a listing and asks whether the three-bedroom end unit is still available.
- The agent replies in Arabic, as she wrote, confirms the unit is available and gives the payment plan from the developer's system.
- It asks about her budget, timing and whether she is buying to live in or to invest, and books a viewing for Saturday morning.
- On Friday morning, the sales team finds the lead in the CRM with a summary, her answers, a score and the viewing in the diary.
